Guest access Guests have access to all spaces except: 1. upstairs bedroom closet. 2. Closet under staircase. 3. Garage. 4. No USPS mail delivery to cluster box. Only door delivery available. Other things to note NO PETS ON THE FURNITURE. If staying during Monday and Tuesday, the garbage and/or the recycling cans must be rolled out to the curb on Monday and returned to their holding spot by Tuesday night with the wooden door shut. Our HOA is very strict and will issue a fine if the cans are left out longer. We will remind you and tell you if it is recycling week, or just garbage.
