You will be surrounded with beautiful scenery & hiking, Zilker & Barton springs are less than a mile walk, and bus to downtown Austin and SXWS activites is only a few steps away! The space 2nd story fully furnished 1/1 apartment includes: Bedroom with very comfy queen bed - sleeps 2 Living room with full sized couch, loveseat, and TV. I am listing my space for 2 people but am open to accommodating up to 5 at $50 extra charge pp and I can supply 2 extra, very comfortable cots with tempurpedic mattress for sleeping at a small fee if desired. Kitchen with dining table, stove, oven, toaster oven, small coffee pot, fridge, dishwasher, and all the basic supplies for cooking meals Private bath with towels supplied Private balcony Guest access You will have one key and access to my entire place.
