The space The home is a perfect spot for SXSW, your next friend's vacay and/or couples retreat. Close enough to downtown but won't hear all of the sound from event activities. Easily access downtown (5min drive), the hike and bike trail (1min drive) or hang out at the house in the hot tub. The kitchen has everything that you need to create a gourmet meal and enjoy freshly ground coffee in the espresso machine. Appreciate the perfect work at home situation by utilizing the office space, a fully dedicated 3rd bedroom, with a Herman Miller Aeron desk chair and incredibly fast G fiber high speed internet. The office can convert to a bedroom if there's a need to accommodate more people. There is an inflatable mattress that we can prepare for you. Please let us know upon booking if there's a need. There's no need to hit the gym - take advantage of the Peloton (bring your shoes) or carefully workout with dumbbells and/or the kettlebell. Yoga mats are also available for use. The open concept living/dining area is sunlit and spacious with large windows. Enjoy Netflix/Hulu/HBOMax/AmazonPrime and get cozy on the comfortable, brand new living room furniture. Listen to some records or take your tunes by connecting to our whole house Sonos system. Our primary bedroom is vibey and cozy for catching up on some great sleep after you've hit the town. With nearly blackout curtains and a comfortable Purple king sized mattress you get your own little peaceful cocoon to chill in. You can also relax and enjoy a book in the Eames lounge chair. The en-suite bathroom has a large dual head shower, double vanity and lighted mirrors - perfect for getting ready at night. Get close up with the magnifying mirror as well. The secondary bedroom has a Tempurpedic queen sized bed and a small secretary desk with folding chair for an additional place to work in private. It also has floor to ceiling windows to enjoy natural light and blinds to close for a restful night's sleep. The second full bath is in between the secondary bedroom and office. This bathroom offers a shower and a tub with a large vanity with a single sink. The mirror is large enough for 2 people to get ready.
