The kitchen has all NEW black slate appliances & is stocked with the essentials to cook a small meal if you'd like. The kitchen island has 4 bar stools for plenty of seating. The living room has a very cozy feel for you to relax & enjoy. BATH: Floating matte black double vanity sink & DOUBLE GLASS SHOWERS - embrace yourself as we designed two glass showers next to each other to maximize on efficiency in the bathroom. One private toilet in the bathroom. The condo will be professionally cleaned before you arrive. We provide shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, garbage bags, one roll of paper towels, 2-3 rolls of toilet paper & laundry detergent. There are fresh towels in the bathroom, as well as extra blankets & pillows. The WiFi network & password will be on the Welcome Note on the counter. Additional street parking is available right across the street in front of the condo complex. Guest access All our listing information is accurate and up-to-date. Upon booking, you’ll receive timely communications regarding your stay. Guests will have access to the entire 1 bedroom condo. Each guest is given their own unique key code the day of arrival for easy, seamless access to check-in. Our keyless entry offers guests a higher level of security & more convenience not having to meet me for check-in/exchange keys at any certain time.
