Village their forever home. Enjoy our Beautiful Magnolia Tiny Home. This tiny home features a lofted full size bed and a futon couch that folds out to a small full size bed. In addition this tiny home has a small kitchenette, with a farm house sink and electric cook top range. Enjoy the large patio space and views of our majestic Community Cinema Amphitheater. Magnolia comes with A/C and Heat along with a comfy seating area and flat screen tv. We provide a Keurig style coffee maker, water kettle, water filter tank, humble breakfast and snack offerings, cooking essentials, linens, and paper goods. The Inn Team is available to help all guests Monday - Friday until 5pm. If you have an emergency please always call 911 first, before calling the on-call Innkeeper. Through the design of our Community Inn, and in our daily operations, we strive to provide a carefully curated experience. We feature our very own local neighborhood artists and textile craftsmen throughout our Inn units. Whether you are looking for a night in a distinctive tiny home or a trendy Airstream travel trailer, we guarantee you will be able find something that fits your style and tees up the perfect getaway! Located in the heart of Central Texas, just on the outskirts of northeast Austin, the Community Inn offers so much more than just a room for a night. Along with your escape from the hustle and bustle of the city, you’ll also be introduced to one of America’s most unique neighborhoods—Community First! Village—where a revolution in goodness is taking place. It’s time to relax in one of the coziest and coolest tiny home vacation rentals you’ve ever seen. Through the design of our Community Inn, and in our daily operations, we strive to provide a carefully curated experience. Our hope is that every guest leaves with a newfound desire to know and serve the homeless in their local communities. Our Community Inn units feature art and other handcrafted products made by our formerly homeless artisans and makers who live in Community First! Village. Parking is available for you during your stay. Once you enter through the Hog Eye Road Entrance, you will see parking spaces to your left, at the front of village along the curve. Feel free to park in those parking spots. They're actually right in front of The Community Inn Office. If you cannot find parking there, don’t worry, there’s a larger parking lot just to the right of the Hog Eye Road Entrance. The only places you cannot park are in the fire lanes and in front of the blue Topfer Health Center during business hours. Wherever you park, be sure to place your green parking pass on the dash/rear view mirror of your vehicle as soon as you arrive. A third-party towing company comes each night after 10PM to TOW vehicles that do not have a valid pass. If you have a friend coming to visit you after 10PM, they will need a parking pass. Please let us know ASAP if you need a second pass. During the in hours of physical check in time, from 2PM-5PM, we can provide a brief orientation of your home and the village. There are laminated maps in each unit so feel free to wander and explore! We have a city bus line that runs to the Village (the 237) and leaves every hour, until 10 pm. In rush hour, we are about 30 minutes from the heart of the city. Normally, you can make it in 20 minutes. Besides the bus, Uber, Lyft, and taxis frequent the Village. So even if we are a bit outside the Capitol, there are many ways to get to your destination. You can easily access ride share services to the Community First Village. BATHROOM - SHOWER - LAUNDRY FACILITY The Magnolia Tiny Home does NOT feature an ensuite restroom. Please use our communal private locked restroom suites, located just a quick walk from your tiny home. Please use your Community Inn map. The restroom shower facility is located to the right of the Community Market. OUTDOOR KITCHEN There is a kitchenette that should serve all of your needs. Should you desire more options for cooking, our spacious and beautiful outdoor kitchen is available for your use. Our outdoor kitchens feature shared eating space, grills, viking gas ranges, microwaves, sinks, and drinkable water. The outdoor kitchen also features a locker system, feel free to bring your culinary supplies and lock them safely in our kitchen locker. You will need to provide your own lock.
