There’s a $500 refundable pet deposit due prior to check in for all Guests bringing pets. At the owner's request, we may need to request an ID for identification purposes. Starting October 11, 2024, due to problems we’ve had in the past with bigger dogs, exceptions can be made for pets larger than 30 pounds - pending Homeowner approval and an additional charge of $60 per night up to a maximum of $300 per stay. NOTE: Your safety matters. This property features exterior security cameras. These devices are monitored and recording video for your safety, but should not infringe on your privacy as there are NO cameras in any HVAC heated and cooled inside private areas. Full disclosure - The property has two bathrooms, both of which are comfortable and always tidy For bathing, in both bathrooms do not throw wipes down the toilet under any circumstances and try not to throw tissues down the toilet.
