Well, come get a taste of it while enjoying all that a Resort & Lake Conroe has to offer! One Bedroom, one bath tiny home with a covered patio lounging area and tons of amenities at your fingertips!. The space The house is equipped with one queen bed as well as a trundle daybed with two twins in the back portion of the tiny home in total can accommodate up to four people! Guest access Guests have access to the Tiny Home, vehicle capable of accommodating two small vehicles. Please be aware there is a $10 fee per vehicle that will be collected at the security gate when checking in. Front & backyard with patio lounge area as well as all the on-site amenities at the Resort. Other things to note Please note the distance to the local entertainment venues (not located onsite): *Conroe's Incredible Pizza Company - 11.4 miles to the venue *Correa Baseball Academy - 6.3 miles *300 Bowl - 8.4 miles *Main Event Shenandoah - 18.8 miles *Longview Greens Miniature Golfing - 15.9 miles *The Grand Theatre 14 - Conroe - 4.6 miles *Maverick Saloon - 8.0 miles *Bear Branch Skate Park - 19.9 miles Please note that the Pools are closed Monday for cleaning The hot tub on Thousand Trails is now available for guests' use. For internet we offer T-Mobile 5G internet, capable of handling streaming TV services and a few connected devices. *Pool is not heated. *We do entertain pets on a Case by case basis, for a small fee of - $50 each pet per stay. Check-in time is from 4 PM until 10 PM. The latest time that you can check in is 10 PM. The Guard gate is open until 10PM, if arriving for the 1st time check-in, you will have to press the call button on the phone box at the Rangers Station, you may have to wait 10-15 minutes for Staff to come to the Station to let them in. You will be provided a code to enter after your check-in registration.
