Waterfront Coral Cottage

Nestled in the channels of Long Island Village, Coral Cottage awaits. This new property with a spacious kitchen was made for entertaining, 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, plus 1 sofa bed. Two bedrooms have streaming televisions. This home is on the water (boat lift NOT included) and it has a private dock to fish from. You will have the top unit & deck to yourselves. The bottom unit is not rented so you will be by yourself on the property most of the year. The property is wheelchair accessible. Guest access Guests will be given information regarding access to the property on the day of arrival to the property. Though the downstairs is not rented out, the owners may use the living space. However, it will be discussed with the guests in advance. Other things to note Resort fee is the responsibility of the guest and it’s paid at the welcome center upon check in.
