Midtown Highrise so close to public transportation withing the block including major bus hub, light rail, bicycle rental, and car rental. This is a 3 bedroom/3 bath condo is rented out separately and the living/dining/kitchen is shared. You have a loft bed with a double recliner under it and big tv, desk w/chair, bookshelves, closet area, personal microwave and refrigerator. Your private bathroom has 2nd closet and bathtub/shower combo. Highrise has a gym, social room, hot tub, free internet The space Your bedroom has a loft bed with a double recliner under it and big tv, desk w/chair, bookshelves, closet area, laundry basket, personal microwave and refrigerator, iron w/small board, blow dryer, soaps and towels, extra sheets. Your private bathroom has 2nd closet and bathtub/shower combo. You also have an air mattress available that inflates in a few moments if you prefer. Guest access You have the all the amenities of the high rise inside and outside. You also have a shared living room, kitchen, and dining room. You have your own private bedroom and bathroom. Patios to enjoy sitting outside off unit. During your stay You can call or text me anytime and I'm usually pretty available. You will check in with the high rise office on normal business hours and the door/package people are available 24/7. Other things to note The HOA requires criminal background check and for acknowledgement of HOA rules signed. So upon acceptance I will need to send you a link and documents to fill in and the cost of the report is $40. Awesome place to live and so convenient as well as all furnishing are very new !! Lots of options close to unit for food and fun !!!!There is also a bicycle that I have just for our unit if anyone would like to ride it and helmet included.
