Livin' the Life is the perfect place to stay in Galveston. The ocean and Sunrise views from your private balcony are amazing. The interior is newly renovated, tastefully styled, and full of natural light. The best part is you can simply walk across the street to the beach. Your comfort is our TOP priority. The space Livin The Life is located directly across from the newly re-nourished Babes Beach. This particular beach is just minutes away from the historic Strand district, Pleasure Pier, Moody Gardens, Schlitterbahn, and many restaurants, cafes, and friendly beach bars. You can see the ocean from your private balcony. There is also a pool, hot tub and free parking on the property. We have a tennis court and a pickle ball court (you will need to bring your own equipment.) You will have two bedrooms and two full bathrooms as well as a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious living room, and three smart TVs with Netflix access. This space is very private and clean, and the perfect location to experience Galveston. Guest access Guests will have the private two-bedroom condo to themselves as well as a pull out couch. Guests will also have access to the shared pool and hot tub. There is a public park style BBQ grills for your use. There is free parking on the property for one vehicle per condo. Other things to note ATTENTION: Livin' the Life is in a condominium. Other guests share the pool. There is a unit above and below your unit. Please understand that you may hear other guests around during your stay. We also ask that you please be courteous to the other guests in the complex. We are located on Seawall Blvd. There is traffic noise on the balcony. CANCELATION POLICY: We have a STRICT cancellation policy in place in order to protect us and to protect our guests. While we have made exceptions in the past we are not obligated to refund a guest anything that is outside of our cancellation policy. We advise our guests to please consider Purchasing Airbnbs INSURANCE if it aligns with your needs. Please make sure to read what the insurance covers before you purchase it as it may not cover your reason for canceling. Our guests safety is so important to us and for this we will always give a full refund if there is a Hurricane in the Gulf heading towards Galveston. If you have any questions or concerns please reach out to us. We are here to help in any way we can. PARKING: The complex has limited parking. We can guarantee one free spot for you. There are 10 Extra spots available that are first-come first-serve for a second vehicle. The second spot will cost $20 per day. If you would like to reserve a second spot you will need to let us know as soon as you make your booking so we can make sure there is an availability. The parking fee for the second vehicle will be paid for upon check in at the front lobby, this is where you will receive a "Special" pass for the second vehicle. The first free Vehicle will have a "Regular" pass located in the condo. POOL: Unfortunately Our pool's Surface was Stained due to an extended power outage after Galveston was hit by Hurricane Beryl. It is cleaned and Maintained regularly but you will still be able to see the stains on the bottom. It is slated for a resurface as soon as possible but we do not have a confirmed date yet. Please see the last photo in our listing for a reference. If this is an issue for you we will allow a full refund if you cancel your reservation within an Hour. Please let us know if you have any questions or If you would like to cancel The pool and hot tub are for guests use. However this is a condo and there are times when the pool and hot tub must be closed due to maintenance/ Chemical/ weather issues. The Pool is also legally required to close during any sign of lightning. While these issues are rare unfortunately they are out of our control and so If any of these issues arise during your stay we will update you immediately but you will not be reimbursed. PEST CONTROL: Because our property is part of a condominium we have mandatory quarterly pest control. This process is very quick, you do not have to leave the condo if you do not wish to and you also do not need to be present as management has a key for entry. Please understand that this may occur during your stay. We will almost always be able to give you a heads up if this will be taking place during your reservation, however there may be times that we are unaware. They will always knock first before entering. WINDOWS: Please DO NOT open the windows in the condo unless it is for an emergency. The humidity will damage the interior one the condo. ** inside of the master bathroom shower there are some small reddish dots- this is rust spots from when the renovation was completed. We want to assure you that it is clean it, it won’t come off. *Due to this being a condominium there is always the potential for random and planned renovations, maintenance and or construction that are out of our control. Please ask us if you have any concerns or questions. Thank you. *Please be aware that Galveston Island can be prone to occasional power interruptions.
