You’re close to Port Aransas, Rockport, & Corpus Christi. Come home to the comfort and charm of the Mermaid C. The space his home is the perfect spot for your Coastal Bend vacation. The house features two bedrooms with comfortable queen-size beds, as well as a sleeper sofa in the living room. There are ceiling fans in all the rooms. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the cooking supplies you need to prepare your meals. For your convenience, there is an on-site laundry room with an additional restroom. The tropical backyard is fully fenced and secured for pets, featuring a covered area perfect for relaxing, a grill, and plenty of seating. There is also a private outdoor shower with both hot and cold water. You are welcome to bring your kayaks and fishing gear, as they can be stored safely in the backyard. Please note that an additional cleaning fee is required for guests traveling with pets. Guest access Guests have access to the entire house and backyard space. Public boat ramp is across the street, quick easy access to bait shop also. Other things to note This place has plenty of room to bring your boat. The public boat ramp and bait house are across the street from the house. Fish from the pier at the boat ramp. Close to beach areas. Backyard is fully fenced and pet friendly, additional clean fee is required.
