Building 2 comprises upper and lower units, each with separate access doors but conveniently connected by an exterior staircase, ensuring both privacy and easy accessibility. The two upper units are cozy studio spaces, each offering a tranquil setting with a queen-size bed, well-equipped kitchenette, and a pristine full bathroom. The two lower units are 1-bedroom units, each boasting a comfortable living room, perfect for gathering or relaxation. They also include a convenient kitchenette and a clean full bathroom. Guest access You'll have access to the entire building with door codes to access each. Lake Access: Our property is directly on the lake, however, as the perimeter of the lake is owned by the Army Corps of Engineers, we’re unable to provide paved access to the water. It is accessible, but the access point is steeper than expected. Here are some nearby options for public paved water access 1. JBSA Recreational Park - 1.6mi away 2. Canyon Park - 4.2 mi away 3. Floating the River - Tube Haus 4. We do have partnerships in place for pontoon or sports boat rentals on the lake. They would be able to meet you at the nearby dock for pickup and drop-off. Other things to note I recommend bringing a cooler with ice, drinks, and snacks during your stay as it's a true glamping setup with a kitchenette and all the basics you'll need for a relaxing retreat.
