Our home is newly renovated and is perfect for accommodating families, groups of friends or travelling colleagues. There is a two-car garage as well as 2 dedicated spots on the driveway & ample free street parking. We have a smart home with integrated August locks & home automation. The space Guests will be able self check-in using the August smart lock app. This is our home so there are personal belongings and personal touches. Check-in time is 3 PM and check-out time is 10 AM (we will be flexible wherever possible) DINING ROOM & OPEN PLAN KITCHEN Enjoy group dinners at our round marble dining table that seats 6 comfortably; there is additional seating at the couch and 2 arm chairs for 4-6 additional guests. Enjoy coffee or cocktails at our large kitchen island with 2 bar stools. Modern kitchen appliances with 4 gas stove burners and quartz counter tops. LIVING ROOM Cozy & comfortable large Lovesac sofa along with a 65" smart TV is the perfect place to relax, play games or watch a movie on Netflix or Amazon Prime. BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS Our home sleeps 10 guests in 4 bedrooms. The luxurious master bedroom upstairs has a queen-size bed, ample drawer space and Juliet balcony. The en-suite bathroom includes a double vanity, walk-in rain shower, water closet and Jacuzzi tub. Master closet will remain locked although a portable hanging rack will be provided. First guest bedroom upstairs has queen-sized bed, large walk-in closet and ample drawer space. Second guest bedroom upstairs has a queen-sized bed, closet, drawer space and bedroom lounge seating. The office downstairs doubles as a bedroom with a pull-out sofa bed and a standing desk & office chair set up. We will provide a queen-sized air mattress to be set up wherever guests choose and provide all bed linens. The upstairs guest bathroom has a shower/tub configuration while the downstairs guest bathroom has a walk-in shower configuration. EXTRA AMENITIES We are able to provide a fully enclosed, 2-car garage (accessed by a code) as well as 2 dedicated parking spaces along the driveway. There is ample free street parking should you require additional spaces.
