Kitchen - plenty of counter space and ample cabinetry. Stainless steel appliances. It is fully stocked with dishware, cookware, and cutlery. We also provide coffee, creamer, sugar, and spices. Outdoor- Fenced-in backyard with outdoor table area and fire pit, and a hammock Laundry - washer, and dryer available. Driveway - 2 cars. Please don't BLOCK THE SIDEWALK OR PARK ON THE GRASS. Guest access Guests have access to the home and the backyard except for locked doors. Other things to note • We offer early check-ins and late check-outs depending on our calendar bookings. We will charge 25% off the total nightly rate when available. • The minimum age to book is 21 years old. • Cleaning Services: No daily cleaning services. • We do have bi-weekly cleaning and maintenance of the entire home for long-term and mid-term stays or on an as-needed basis. • Our scheduled maintenance personnel, such as those responsible for lawn care and repairs, may require entry to the house or yard. We will let you know beforehand about any scheduled services. • We offer two sets of towels per guest to make your stay more convenient. If you need more towels, we suggest using the washer/dryer as a quick fix.
