Enjoy your favorite shows on the 65" TV, equipped with Netflix and HBO for endless entertainment. Kitchen: This kitchen has everything you need to prepare delicious meals during your stay! It includes: - Plenty of pots and pans for your cooking needs. - Serving utensils to make mealtime effortless. - A 12-piece full set of chef knifes. - A black stainless-steel stove. - A black refrigerator. - A stainless-steel microwave. - A beautiful 6 Qt Air Fryer. - A stunning 14-cup programmable drip coffee maker, also with a touch-activated display, to brew your favorite coffee with ease. Dining Area: The dining space is designed for comfort and casual dining, featuring: A stylish bar with three comfortable stools, perfect for enjoying meals or snacks. The open layout allows for easy conversation and a relaxed atmosphere. Conveniently located next to the kitchen for seamless serving and dining. Laundry Area Features: -Stackable Washer and Dryer -Iron and Ironing Board This property offers all the amenities you need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay! Guest access Guests have access to the whole unit Enjoy a seamless self-check-in experience, allowing you to enter the apartment without the need to meet me for key handover. Other things to note We have a Ring doorbell camera outside of our home at the entrance for security and your peace of mind. Please be assured that we do not have any cameras inside the home, respecting our guests' privacy. 1) No smoking allowed. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. A penalty of $200 will be charged if any evidence of smoking is found, or if the house has been penetrated by smoke. This includes any damages or odors caused by smoking indoors. Smoking is permitted outside the property and all cigarette buds must be picked up and thrown in the garbage after completely tuned off. 2) No loud noises after 11 PM. 3) No events or parties. 4) All guests must be listed on the reservation. Unregistered overnight guests are not allowed. Additional day guests are welcome with notice and a $10 per person, per day fee. 5) If you plan to bring your furry friend, please be sure to ADD your dog TO your RESERVATION. Failure to include your pet may result in an additional fee, which we’d prefer to avoid. 6)The cleaning fee you pay is for preparing the home prior to your stay. If you do not pick up after yourself sufficiently before checking out, you may be charged an additional cleaning fee based on how long it takes to clean up after you. While we don’t expect you to scrub the home, please be sure to pick up your trash and return items to their original places. 7) The checkout time is at 11 AM. If you aren’t out of the house by then, we’re going to have to charge you a late fee of $100. (We need time to get the house ready for our next guests, so please be considerate!). 8) It is your responsibility to prevent locking yourself out. A fee of $35 will be charged if we need to send someone to let you back in. 9) Please report any damages and/or breakages immediately. Any damage made to the property or furnishings will be billed to you and reported to Airbnb. Damage Reporting: Any damage to the property must be reported immediately. Failure to report damage will result in no negotiation regarding repair or replacement costs.
