Steps ahead, you’ll find the sugar-white sand and calming ocean tides of Crystal Beach! Bring the whole family along on a vacation they won't soon forget—there is room for EVERYONE in this huge, beach-themed home. You will be greeted by luxury designer touches, beautiful decor, and an open floorplan that was designed with entertaining in mind. Indulge in the eat-in kitchen with full-sized stainless steel appliances; equipped with all of the utensils you need to make your favorite meals or pack a picnic for the whole crew to enjoy on the beach! Wake up each morning to ocean views from nearly every room in the house. There are three bedrooms on the main floor of the house & a 4th bedroom spanning the whole top level: (1) Master bedroom en-suite with king sized bed (2) 2nd bedroom with king sized bed and bathroom steps away (3) 3rd bedroom with queen sized bed and bathroom steps away. (4) The 4th top-floor, MASSIVE en-suite bedroom features three queen beds, four twin beds, and a sofa sleeper, along with a luxurious boutique walk-in closet, huge bathroom with a mini refrigerator, AND a private balcony with panoramic views of the ocean and peninsula! This fourth bedroom sleeps eleven (11) people by itself—perfect for all the kids! Guest access Guests can access the entire house minus a few select areas. Areas that guests have full access to include: -Kitchen -Living Room -Laundry Room -All Bedrooms -All Bathrooms -Ground Level Grill -Tiki Bar -Most closets (minus marked owner closets) -Ample Parking Space (easily fit 10+ cars, multiple trailers, and toys) The only areas guests will not have access to will be the owner closets, garage, and cargo lift due to liability and safety reasons. Owner closets will be marked and locked inside the house.
