Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. Close to i-10 and 290, two of the main highways in Houston. This is located in Katy, TX. The space My husband and I just bought this home in the heart of Katy. It's a 2-story house with 4 bedrooms upstairs. The house has 5 bedrooms, which is way more than we need as a young couple. So, we are renting out 4 bedrooms to anyone who is looking for a comfortable and cozy place to stay. We will give you the privacy you need and we will provide a temporary pin to our door, so you don't even need to wait for us during check-in. About this private room: This room is furnished with a cozy queen beds, private vanity, dresser, and a 40" TV with firestick for your enjoyment. In addition, there are 2 foldable chairs and 2 foldable tables inside of the closet for you to eat or work on your laptop! And to make sure that you can sleep when your schedule allows, we installed blinds to give you a restful night/day of sleep. There is also a mini-refrigerator in your room and you are allowed to use the microwave! Please note that this room is sharing a bathroom with another room, we also have half bathroom downstairs. This room is good for 2 adults. If this room is too small for you, please check my other listing, i have one room that can accommodate 4 people with 2 queen size beds. Guest access Parking on the street in front of the house and side ONLY. NO parking in the driveway. Your car may be towed if you park on the driveway and you are responsible for all the expenses in picking up your vehicle. Please make sure you are not blocking our neighbor’s driveway as well. The main entry door has a touch keypad. Enter your code to unlock the door. Your room will be upstairs, with your room (D) marked on your door. In addition, the key will also be attached to the doorknob. During your stay We will give you privacy as long as you are following our house rules. Self check-in, and self check-out. I prefer the communication to stay on airbnb, but for emergency you can contact me via text, or you can ask me in person as well. Other things to note We have additional bedrooms listed on Airbnb in this home. Please note that we have a medium size dog. Our dog is well trained not to go upstairs and we never leave him unattended. He is well behave and such an adorable dog, but if you are not comfortable being around a dog, please do not book with us.
