Cypress View River Barn

Cypress View River Barn is a cozy escape for 1-2 people. This guest house is equipped with everything you need for a relaxing getaway. It features it's own private deck to enjoy the river view, complete with table, two chairs, a loveseat and a propane grill. The River Barn shares parking and river access with Cypress House. It is our strong intention to provide a quiet experience for both our guests and neighbors, so if you a looking for a place to party please seek a better fit. The space This cozy space has a one-bedroom queen and one bathroom with ability to separate the sink from the shower and toilet. Guest access River Barn guests have full access to the main floor of the guest house. Guests do not have access to a private space upstairs which will remain unoccupied during guest stays. The two parking spots on the left are for The River Barn guests. Other things to note Our neighbors enjoy walks on our street, so please drive gently. We are less than 5 minutes to Downtown Martindale - including Duetts and and The Martindale Cafe. We are conveniently located 18 minutes to TXST and downtown San Marcos, 30 minutes from COTA, 17 minutes to Lockhart, 30 minutes to Gruene, 40 minutes to Austin-Bergstrom Airport.
