You will fall in love with the gorgeous sunrise and sunsets at Sandy Shore with a short 3-minute walk to the beach. Vehicle access is less than a 0.25-mile drive and is at beach barrel #93. Great nearby restaurants, The Big Store, water parks, put-put golf, golf cart rental, and Ft. Travis Seashore Park. The space Three bedrooms comfortably accommodate up to 10-12 guests. This home has a gourmet kitchen with granite countertops that is well stocked and a large island. You will feel right at home with the beautiful decor and all bedrooms have smart TV's and Wi-Fi. We have a fully stocked coffee bar to make a fantastic start to your day. All linen, hair dryer, and towels are included, along with chairs, beach towels, and kid's beach toys. This is a no pets and smoke/vape free home, guest smoking outside and way from the home are asked that all tobacco products be disposed of properly. Guest access Guest will enjoy their stay in this beautiful home with access to the upper and lower deck. The garage storage and owner's closet are not accessible. The lower deck offers a grill, full size outdoor refrigerator and mini drink refrigerator. The entertainment/bar area also have a blender and mini refrigerator, ping pong table, arcade basketball, foosball, darts and a large flat screen television. There is a shower located on the bottom deck for guest to rinse the sand off after a day at the beach before entering the house. Other things to note The home is just a quick 3 min walk from the beach. There has a small water way next to it with fish, turtles, and birds.
