Our home is located in an industrial neighborhood but just a short drive to Deep Ellum, Downtown and Lower Greenville. The home is a 3 bedroom and 2 full bath home. It has a full size kitchen with a gas stove. The kitchen is open to the dining and living area. We are often updating and improving our home for a better experience. The backyard has a pergola with a section with a fire pit. The space The home has 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. The kitchen is fully equipped for a group of 5 or more. We are currently working on improving the backyard for a better experience. As of May, the driveway will be separated into two sections to accommodate space for the guesthouse vehicles. Your space is located on the right of the fence. The space is large enough to accommodate 2-3 vehicles. Guest access Guest will have access to the entire home and backyard. Other things to note -The home is located near Oak Farms Dairy. -There is a train about 1/2 mile away which may be heard during the day. - Starting in May, the driveway will be split between the main home and guesthouse. We DO NOT allow any parties, gatherings or events in the home.
