A five minute walk or drive to the Capitol Campus, downtown Olympia, bakeries, breweries, farmer’s market, restaurants, cultural activities; and I-5 access for your outdoor adventures. This home has it all - high speed wifi, a game room, plenty of room for your friends and family to gather for a relaxing board game weekend, space to work/learn remotely from somewhere other than where you’ve been. Bring your two small dogs on your visit ($20/night fee per pup). They’ll have access to a fenced back yard and lots of great walks around the city. Guest access You’ll have the whole house to yourself to spread out. One small room is reserved for cleaning supplies and owner use when you aren’t there. Neighboring houses are very close together. Our relationship with our neighbors are important to us, so we appreciate your observation of quiet hours. Other things to note We welcome you to our home, and will do everything we can have a lovely stay. The first eight guests are covered in the base rate. More than eight guests will be an additional $15/guest per night, and dogs are $15/night each. There are beds for eight people, an oversized couch could sleep two more, and we will provide an air mattress and sheets if you have a couple more people you’d like to bring. This house is elevated from street level and requires five stairs to enter. During summer months the main floor living area and three bedrooms are equipped with window air conditioners. The basement is naturally cool year round. The upstairs bedroom is not cooled. The houses in this neighborhood are very close.
