Pottery Barn Tencel Lyocel comforter and Luxury Hotel sheets with 800 thread count. Double vanities with custom cabinetry and storage galore. Over-sized master shower with double shower heads on each end of the shower. There is a spacious walk-in closet with hangers and 2 luggage racks for easy storage. There are 2 power strips on both sides of the master bed and a large Alexa for music during the day and the option to play thunderstorm sounds to sleep at night. There is a personal coffee bar with Keurig coffee maker and coffee pods in the room. Enjoy sipping coffee in the mornings on the private balcony overlooking the back yard. The private bathroom is in the room and has a tiled shower/tub combo. Guest Suite #4 is is located upstairs and has 2 twin beds. Both beds have Pottery Barn Kid comforters and sheets. The extra twin bed has glow-in-the-dark star sheets on it for fun! There is an Alexa Dot (to listen to music), a power strip with multiple plugs, and device-plug in options. The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, standard Pyrex glass pans, spatulas, can opener, stock pot, colanders, cookie sheets, muffins pans, cutting boards, crock pot, rice cooker, measuring cups, BBQ grilling utensils, hot mitts, utensils, plates, bowls, dishes, cups, wine glasses, and more. The living room is equipped with a 75 inch smart TV and the TV console has various family games tucked away in the drawers. The spacious couch has seating for 8, a reclining chair, and great views of the lake. The open game room area has a Stiga ping pong table with 4 paddles, several ping pong balls, and a dart board. There is seating for 6 at the dining room table and there are 2 extra chairs that can be pulled up to make room for 8. The large kitchen island also has 4 stools for extra seating as well. The outdoor deck has a large, wrought iron table with seating for 8. Perfect for outdoor entertaining! There's a 55 inch TV mounted on the wall outside as well. There is 1 Weber Grill, 1 Blackstone griddle, 1 outdoor cooler for hot days, and an outdoor trashcan. There is outdoor lighting that crosses over the outdoor table to set the mood for outdoor grill outs! There's also outdoor lighting on the back deck steps, next to the trees, and in the bushes. It's automatically set to come on around 9:00 pm and shuts off at midnight. The fire pit area is great for roasting s'mores and roasting hotdogs! There are 8 Adirondack chairs and plenty of room to add more chairs if needed. There is firewood for the pit (on the right side of the home if you're in the backyard facing the house) in the rack along the wall. The firewood is free for our guests to use in the fire pit. The boat dock has a TV, fan, and shade that can be pulled down. There are 2 adirondack chairs and a granite side table for sipping coffee or watching the sun set. There are 2 cradles for jet ski's and 1 cradle for a 24 foot tritoon pontoon boat. Both are available for rental. There are also very sturdy, wide, steel steps that go into the water from the dock into a large "swim area." We also provide a "Lilly Pad" for our guests to enjoy, free of charge, just tell us at the time of booking.
