Welcome to the Luxury on a Budget, the perfect place to lay your head for the night or for the month! The Luxury on a budget is a private room with its own TV, desk, mini fridge and a cozy double bed. My place is a beautiful 4000 sqft newly remodeled country home on 2.3 acres just 10 minutes south of I-20. Get the benefit of quick access to the city, jobs, hospitals, and The Stockyards, all while still getting to enjoy the calm of the Texas countryside! The space This house is located on 2.3 acres, a country setting with easy access to downtown Fort Worth, Mansfield, Everman, and Cleburne. Its a spacious home with the rules designed for respect of others as this is a house with other people in it. They boil down to clean up after yourself, do not intrude on others spaces (whether room space or fridge/pantry spaces), be respectful with noise, and no extra overnight guests. (its fine to hang out with a friend or two just don't have parties or people staying over) Guest access All rooms have their own lock and key for you to lock up while you are out if you so desire. Shared spaces include two living rooms, kitchen, 2 bathrooms, a massage chair, Outdoor eating area and outdoor campfire. Plenty of parking in the driveway, just park so others dont get blocked in!
