Enjoy your private room space in our modern home which provides comfort and luxury! This is a fully furnished private bedroom in a 3 story house located in a friendly and peaceful neigbourhood, 2.4 miles from memorial city mall, 1.2 miles from City Center and minutes away from many resturants, coffee shops, stores and about 18 miles from downtown Houston. The house is occupied by a single male and 7 year old on some weekends; you have a private room and backyard with seating for your use. The space This private room is located inside of a newly built 2800k sq ft home 3 Story home built in 2022. The listing offers a one large bedroom with a Queen Size bed, Working Desk area with Office Chair, TV, Mini Fridge/Freezer and a Microwave with en suit bathrooms (body wash, shampoo, conditioner and lotion provided), Hair Dryer, First Aid Kit, Work Desk area, backyard access and access to a shared swimming pool in the neigbourhood. Easy entry into the house and into your private room will be provided via key-less doorknobs with access codes. Guest access This is a key-less, self-check-in/out experience. As this is a gated community, a gate entry code will be provided the day before your check in. For any issues with entry into the gated community, please follow the check instruction or call the owner from the gate. Check in: 3:00 pm Check out: 11:00 am $30 early/late check-in/out fee per availability During your stay Please message me through the app for any inquires. I will make every effort to reply within the hour. If urgent, call my cell phone. Other things to note House rules NO smoking is permitted. NO pets, excessively loud music, events, or parties allowed. NO burning candles or BBQ allowed. Fees will be incurred if house rules are not followed. Other things to note We are located in a gated community where the environment is regulated however be advised that we are not responsible for lost, stolen or missing packaged deliveries mailed to our location. Same goes for items left behind post check-out. With prompt notification, we will do our best to locate your lost/missing items however be sure to collect all valuables prior to leaving for a swift and pain free checkout. Parking will be available in front of the mail box or the space across from the mailbox otherwise if occupied, you may park in front of the house door but do not block the garage so the owner can still enter and exit the garage. Please note there is a $75 each replacement fee if the TV remote controls or fan remote controls in your room are lost or missing. Though this is a gated community, as responsible adults, we should know not to leave any valuables in vehicles during the day or overnight, avoiding any preventable break-ins and stolen items that we again aren’t responsible for. This home is not child-proofed so please keep small children well supervised. We want you to feel at home. We just ask you take care of our place and please be considerate of our neighbors, maintaining a reasonable level of noise. Treat our home with respect and it will take good care of you. Thank you.
