Upon entry guests encounter the Game Room which leads into the living room, featuring modern furnishings, a flat screen TV, and a gas fireplace in a beautiful stone surround. The open floor plan features a fully equipped kitchen, perfect for making a home-cooked meal. Guests also have access to a full-sized pool table, great for shooting a game of 8 ball with friends. Mama Bear, the smaller of the two properties is located on the lower level with a separate exterior entrance. Mama Bear features 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom for a total occupancy of 4 guests. Like Papa Bear, Mama Bear offers a fully equipped kitchen which is great for multi-group visitors who are looking to prepare separate meals. Mama Bear’s living room also features modern furniture, a flatscreen TV, and an electric fireplace. The separate shared laundry room is located on the lower level with access from Papa Bear from an inner staircase, access from Mama Bear is through the exterior door.
