The Lakeside Haven Condo: Studio Room

PRIVATE, one room studio, GROUND FLOOR on Lake Conroe in the Seven Coves Community. One bedroom (KING Bed), one bathroom including a shower/tub with tile, granite countertops, and a kitchenette. Closet provided with hangers if needed! Ceiling fan, flat panel Roku Smart TV. First floor entry. Comfortable and spacious king bed with feather decorative pillows!!! The space Private studio condo complete with all necessary amenities! - Kitchenette complete with a microwave, traditional coffee pot, mini fridge, prep sink - Full bathroom (tub/shower) - Dining table/work space - Additional linens provided if needed *We cannot hosts boats or trailers. The neighborhood pool is open from 8am-9pm Tuesdays-Sundays! Guest access Self check-in entry by key pad. You will have access to our "House Manual", once you have booked. Detailed check in instructions will be sent to your Air BnB inbox at noon on the day of check-in. Check-in is at 3pm. Other things to note *This property is located directly on Lake Conroe but this specific studio does not have a direct view of the lake.
