Proximity to Austin, you can also experience all of the fun and excitement of Austin and then come home to a peaceful, spacious and quiet loft. It is ideal for traveling artist/designer looking for space for their ideas. A mini Marfa, Texas in the making, just 30 minutes from Austin. It is designed for the adventurous minimalist! Beautiful scenic drives around central Texas and explore other small towns nearby. Guest access There is a lock box on the outside of the door. I will message the code once the booking is complete.
