The space THE COZY PLACE 201 is a private, three-story townhome designed for comfort, style, and functionality. The unit includes its own private garage with space for two vehicles, offering you both convenience and security. As you enter through the main door using your personalized access code, you’ll head upstairs to the second floor—where your new home welcomes you with an open-concept space featuring a modern and impeccably clean kitchen. It comes fully equipped with everything you need to cook during your stay, including ample counter and storage space. It is the last unit at your left side on the end of the internal drive. To open the main door your host will provide you with a unique code around an hour before your arrival to access the main door. Just write the code on the code-lock and the door will open. To open the garage doors, you will need to enter to THE COZY PLACE 201 through the main door using the code provided by the host, once inside enter the garage through the inside door at your left, besides it you’ll find two bottoms (one for each garage door). These bottoms are for closing and opening the garage doors. Other things to note All the windows have doble temper glass for a better sound and temperature insulation, and its interior frames are made by beautiful wood. In the main entrance corridor, you will see some images hanging on the front wall of the evacuation route, the extinguishers and first aid localization and some other important information, please review it at your arrival.
