Welcome home to Swede Hill

Location, Location, You can't get any closer while still being in a small neighborhood overlooking downtown and UT. Walking distance to most Austin events. Come stay in my humble abode, otherwise called a botanical fortress. The space The house is old and quaint and has a lot of charm. This space is within walking distance to restaurants, bars downtown, parks, and easy access to the highway. The neighbors are friendly and there are a few neighborhood cats that love any attention they can get. Guest access The kitchen, living room, bathroom, back and front yard, and guest bedroom are accessible. The other bedroom by the front door is private and not to be entered During your stay I will be occupying the other bedroom in the house, but I work a lot and am always on the go. I have vast knowledge of the town so feel free to ask me for recommendations or information in person or message me with questions if I am not available. Other things to note The house does not have a central air conditioning unit, it is cooled with window units that are easy to operate, but feel free to message me if you have questions on how to operate them. The home is heated with hot water heaters and ceramic space heaters
