We recently renovated home and it is bright and open. We have two bedrooms with queen beds. The TV room has a pull out couch and an extra large 8ft sofa, and the living room also has a couch. All together, 8 people can sleep very comfortably. Guest can watch Netflix and Hulu Plus. We also have a Sling TV subscription that includes popular network TV stations including SEC ESPN Network stations. Relax in lounge chairs on the covered front porch or dine with friends on the picnic table on the covered back porch. Our open backyard is a great space for throwing the ball around. We have a large driveway and can fit quite a few cars. Guest access Our guests have full access to the house. Other things to note Local, county and state taxes are included in the listed price (local 7%, county 2.75%, state 6%). Stays longer than 30 days are not taxed. We are a kid-friendly home and neighborhood. All wall outlets are covered, and we have a pack-n-play for anyone who needs it.
