This 3 bedroom 4 bath home is your perfect luxury getaway, with beautiful views of the lake and the famous lighthouse from all three levels. We have a private boat slip, so bring your own boats! The home is situated in the heart of Horseshoe Bay Resort (Guests do not have access to the resort amenities, marina, or pools unless they are members of HSB. Boats and captains can be rented from a few companies) The space Our home is a three-level townhome with lake and lighthouse views from all levels! We have 3 bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms. Each bedroom has an en-suite bathroom. The primary bedroom is on the third floor with a beautiful full lake view, and it has a comfortable king bed, smart TV, motorized blackout shades, double vanity in bath, STEAM shower, rainhead shower, and heated floors. The second guest bedroom is also on the third floor, with a comfortable queen bed, motorized blackout shades, a smart TV, and a full bath with large shower. The third bedroom is on the first floor, with a sliding door onto the dock and lake. This bedroom has 4 beds (2 bunk beds). One set of bunks are FULL sized, and the other set are TWIN sized, with comfortable mattresses. All beds can take adults. This room also has motorized blackout shades, a smart TV, Nintendo Switch and games. This room's en-suite full bath also includes a wonderful SAUNA! The second level of the house is the living room and kitchen. This level also has a large wrap-around balcony with lake views, lighthouse views, and luxurious outdoor seating, dining table, and a Pit Boss griddle grill. On the first level dock, we have an outdoor kitchen with a refrigerator and a large grill. There is also an outdoor shower with hot/cold water and a swimsuit spinner. We also have an assortment of all sized life vests, 2 paddleboards, and a kayak for your use. There is also a private boat slip in which you may park your boat. There are multiple companies where you can rent boats with or without captains. Guest access Guests may use all areas of the home. Guests do not have access to HSB resort amenities/pools or Yacht Club pool unless they are members, but they do have access to Waterfront Grill. *Remember this is a lakeside property, so there may be insects and spiders etc!*
