Recording). 📌The Entrance hall is also the enter of another AirB&B rental. The space Safe Neighborhood Near Walking/running area Guest access There will be a $50 fee per person who passes through the brown gate and is not registered on the reservation (even if they pass for only 5 min.) Delivery drivers, friends, family, or anyone Not registered on the reservation will have to wait for you at the driveway. ** HOST HAS TO AUTHORIZE ANY VISITOR** For everyone’s safety . Other things to note NO VISITORS …Only the persons on the reservation Can access the brown gate. Delivery drivers, family, or friends have to wait for you at the driveway.
