Country Hideaway

Relax with the whole family or a few friends at this peaceful country getaway. You'll be staying in someone's home, so please treat it with care. Pets welcome. Pet fee Required at time of reservation. Fee is Per Pet. No Cats Allowed. This beautiful, spacious home is filled with natural light and open floor plan.The home has 3 bedrooms rooms, with a king bed in the master, and a queen and full bed in the other 2 bedrooms. The house is equipped with all the essentials. The space We encourage you to make yourself at home but please also treat it like your own! This is a Non Smoking House. HOUSE ITEMS: You will be provided a starter supply of dish-soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand-soap, coffee, and tea. Linens and towels are also provided. We also have board-games, and a corn hole set. There is a butane grill on the deck and grilling utensils in the kitchen. REPAIRS. If any damage, beyond normal wear and tear, is caused by the guest or his guest, guest agrees to pay the cost of repair by the end of this agreement. Any service calls paid during the stay due to guest negligence are liable to guests. (Plumber & electrician, etc) Please do NOT flush sanitary napkins, diapers,disposable wipes, or paper towels in the toilet. NO cooking grease or food disposal down the sink! Guest access Guest have access to everything. Entire house , front and back yard, and BBQ grill. Do not open or go through any gates where cows or horses are located. Other things to note Once guests check in & spend the night, no refunds will be issued. The late check out fee is $50.00 every 55 minutes after the check-out time. The host will not issue a refund past cancellation date. OCCUPANTS: No more than the registered number of people may occupy the premises at any time unless prior written consent has been obtained from the Host.   SMOKING: Absolutely no smoking, no vaping (not any kind, not even medical weed) in the home, near any doors or windows. Smoking area is provided. The fee for breaking that rule is $500-.   CLEANING: The property will be inspected and cleaned after departure. The rental cleaning fee includes the laundry service for the towels and linens. The guest will take out their own trash & put dishes in the dishwasher and start it. The house will generally be picked up, ready to be vacuumed, dusted, disinfected, and laundered. The property has been cleaned in accordance with CDC recommended cleaning and disinfecting standards. Anybody with a dog is REQUIRED to clean up after your dog or be charged a fee. Quiet ordinance start 10 pm, which means no loud music or loud voices outside past 10 pm. Also, any excessive use that will cause more than reasonable energy usage will be billed to guest. Adjust the thermostat for comfort during your stay, but adjust the thermostat before you check out. Please turn off any unused lights INDEMNIFICATION. Home owner shall not be liable for any damage or injury of or to the guest, guest’s family, guests, invitees, agents or employees or to any person entering the premises or the building of which the premises are a part or to goods or equipment, or in the structure or equipment of the structure of which the premises are and guest hereby agrees to indemnify, defend and hold Owner and Agent harmless from any and all claims or assertions of every kind and nature. The owner of this property will not be liable for any accidents or carelessness by the guest, their guests, children, or pets, etc. Guests with children are responsible for their safety and their good conduct. Guests have no cause or right to alter with internet settings/smoke alarms, etc. This will result in an automatic cancellation with no refund issued for unused days.
