The space The guesthouse studio offers one full bathroom with modern fixtures, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, gas cooktop, and oven--all you would need to cook a delicious homecooked meal. The open-concept layout creates a bright and airy ambiance, perfect for relaxation and enjoyment. Enjoy your morning coffee or afternoon tea at the dining table with seating for two. Relax in the cozy queen-sized bed with comfy linens, or unwind in the stylish seating area with a good book or your favorite movie on the smart TV. Stay connected during your stay with high-speed Wi-Fi available in the studio. Step outside to the shared backyard, where you can enjoy the views of large trees and melodies of the many resident birds. The patio offers a lovely spot to unwind and relax while taking in the surroundings. The guesthouse is conveniently located in a quiet neighborhood, just a short drive from downtown and within easy reach of Abilene's most visited attractions, restaurants, and shops. Whether you're here for business or leisure, our modern studio guesthouse is a unique and comfortable choice for your stay. Guest access The home is equipped with an automatic door lock and a code will be sent to you the morning of your arrival. Other things to note + This home allows for one off-street parking space and multiple on-street spaces. It also features a large backyard and patio, which is shared with the main house. The main house consists of two units—one is an Airbnb and the other is lived in by Eric, the owner/host. You may see him working around the house/yard, but he is nice and will give you your space. The guesthouse is equipped with an exterior camera to allow for seamless check-in and safety of guests. + This home is not a good place for guests who plan on smoking, vaping or 420’ing inside the space. + There is one, actively recording exterior camera, which records video and audio.
