Guest access Guests will have access to the entire unit as well as the gated/keyed pool area. Several propane grills are located around the complex for guest use as well. This home accommodates 4 people, per city permit. Linens for beds are provided.  Fully Equipped Kitchen: Prepare meals in the modern kitchen with all the essentials, including a refrigerator, stove, microwave, and dishwasher. You will find plenty of dishes for cooking and serving meals at home.  Bathroom: The bathroom is fully stocked with fresh towels and a starter set of toiletries. There is a tub/shower for guests to use. Washer and Dryer: Washer/dryer are in the unit, no need to share with anyone! Things to consider: Guests are provided with a starter set of consumable items such as toilet paper, paper towels, laundry soap, trash bags, and hospitality soaps. For longer stays or more intense use of these items, consider pre-packing some from home or visit a local grocery store. We do not provide beach gear or beach towels, so be sure to pack those. If you are cold natured, consider packing an extra blanket.
