Great condo on the beach!

Friendly & Inviting: Take a relaxing walk to the USS Lexington or the Texas State Aquarium, both just steps away. You’re only minutes from Portland and downtown Corpus Christi. The condo is cozy, comfortable, and recently updated—perfect for a peaceful getaway by the coast. The space The living area features a 3-in-1 loveseat sofa bed with an adjustable backrest, side pockets, and pillows. It comfortably seats two people (up to 600 lbs) and easily converts into a full-size bed, lounge chair, or standard sofa—perfect for relaxing or accommodating extra guests. The backrest adjusts to three positions ranging from 120° to 180° for customized comfort. There’s also a convertible chair that transforms into a twin-size bed with high-density memory foam and a soft pillow. It seats two (up to 300 lbs) and has a seat depth of 22 inches and a height of 12 inches, making it both functional and cozy. Guest access There is a heated pool available for guests to enjoy. You’ll also find barbecue pits in the picnic area near the property entrance, as well as plenty of benches throughout the grounds for relaxing outdoors. A nearby sidewalk leads straight to the beach and continues all the way to the USS Lexington, perfect for a scenic walk. Other things to note Just across the bridge in Portland, you’ll find a Super Target, Walmart, Academy, and a variety of restaurants. For a local experience, head downtown to Corpus Christi—Water Street is a favorite for fresh, locally owned seafood, and Harrison’s Landing offers waterfront dining on a boat right on the T-Heads. Downtown also has plenty of unique shops to explore, along with great local eateries. Hester’s Café has several locations and is perfect for breakfast or lunch, while Yola Cocina Mexicana serves authentic and delicious Mexican cuisine. The new Harbor Bridge also has an amazing sidewalk—you can definitely walk it and enjoy beautiful views of the bay and city skyline.
