Heights Hideaway - Private Guest Room

Hi! Welcome to my home! Tucked away in a wonderful residential area, you'll have miles of running and bike trails with popular bars like McIntyres, Wicklow Heights, and Austins just a 5 minute walk away! Gyms, grocery stores, and tons of other amenities as well as highway access are near too! The major highways are both < 5 minutes away, 610 & I10! The space Your room and bathroom are on the first floor of the house! I have two cats (Momo & Sokka)! They'll happily play with you whenever you want but will leave you alone otherwise :). I run the robot vacuums often so we keep fur to a minimum in the house! The first floor of the house is the entrance area, your bedroom with ensuite bathroom, and the entrance to the garage. (You are welcome to store some things in the garage if needed, please just reach out in advance). The second floor includes the common spaces, the kitchen, dining room, and living room! Please make yourself at home! I rarely use the living room myself so please feel free to get cozy and pop on a movie! The kitchen is completely open for use, I just ask you address any super dirty dishes by the end of the day so they don't sit overnight :)! The third floor is my bedroom and office as well as the washer and dryer! You are welcome to use the washer dryer as much as needed, again make yourself at home :)! You will have a dedicated parking spot right in front of the front door of the house! Guests are welcome, but I ask to limit to no more than a few other people! Guest access Our front door has a keypad I will provide the number to upon checking, your room will also have its own keypad that I will show you how to program it upon arrival During your stay I'm so happy to host you in my home! I'm extremely friendly but will engage only as much as you do :)! I'll throw some invites out if you're ever interested! But most of the day I'm squirreled away in the office on the third floor and running around town outside of work hours! Happy to provide recommendations for whatever you may need in the city!
