The home features two king bedrooms on the main floor, including a private ensuite with its own mini-split A/C unit for added comfort. Upstairs, you’ll find two more bedrooms — one with two full beds and the other with two twin beds, both equipped with window A/C units to keep things cool. For larger groups, we also offer air mattresses and cots so everyone has a place to rest. Please note: the property is located off a windy caliche road, about 1.2 miles from the main road. The open-concept living area is stocked with cozy seating, a Smart TV, dining space, and a fully equipped kitchen — including a coffee station — so you can cook, connect, and make memories together. Out back, enjoy the private dock with direct lake access, perfect for fishing, swimming, or launching kayaks. Steep Walkway: Please note that the walkway to the dock is steep due to current low lake levels—use caution when walking down. 2. Uneven Pathways: There are uneven paths leading to the home. This is a charming, older lakehouse with a rustic feel, so be mindful when walking around the property. 3. Dock Safety: For safety, please do not jump into the lake from the dock—water levels can be low and may pose a risk. 4. Water System Notice: We’ve recently upgraded the water filtration and pump systems, but silt can still build up. If you notice any drop in water pressure or flow, please let us know right away. Our handyman lives next door and can respond quickly. 5. A/C Use Reminder: Please keep the main A/C set at 70°F or higher to avoid freezing the system—it’s an older unit. We’ve provided window units and a split A/C to help keep the home comfortable, so feel free to leave those running.
