The big apartment is equipped with: - large double living room with seating area and sofa, large kitchen (fully equipped) with peninsula, and direct access to the large covered outdoor patio and swimming pool 10 steps away - two large bedrooms with double bed and possibility of a third bed - two bathrooms with shower and hydromassage tub - large covered outdoor patio with outdoor furniture - another apartment next door, with exit to the patio, composed of a living room with kitchen, double bedroom and possibility of a third bed and bathroom. This apartment is opened only in case of necessity if agreed in advance. Two equipped BBQ areas and outdoor furniture available The infinity pool is always open and clean, it is exclusive to the villa, and is equipped with a spacious shaded area covered with a chestnut wood roof and beams. On the upper floor is the family apartment, occupied sometime by the owner for cleaning the garden, swimming pool, etc. Maximum respect for guests' privacy is guaranteed.
