Located near historic Swiss Avenue, our bright 3-bedroom / 2.5 bath house features 2 home office areas, a fully-equipped kitchen, and dog friendly fenced-in yard. We are renting out our house while we're on an extended work trip. Our furnishings and personal effects are minimalist but you will be able to find anything that you need on a day-to-day basis - kitchen appliances and utensils, towels, toiletries, etc. The space Our house is bright, airy, and modern, with 26-foot ceilings in the living room, a large modern kitchen, 3 generous bedrooms, 2 fully-equipped workspaces with desks, and a sizeable back yard. It's ideal for families with dogs, perfect for working remotely or as a quiet escape from the city. The only spaces off-limits to guests will be a storage closet under the stairs and one guest room closet, which house our personal items - otherwise you'll have the run of the house. Guest access The property is walking distance to Lower Greenville which has tons of restaurants, shops, coffee shops, Trader Joe's etc. You're also near Swiss Avenue, a beautiful historic walking district, and a 10-minute drive to White Rock Lake and Downtown Dallas. Other things to note We have a garage gym - you are welcome to use the Peloton bike, treadmill, bench, and dumbbells. Guests will not have access to the power rack, barbells, and plates for safety and liability reasons.
