Nice Quite Neighbor!! Big fenced yard. We are half way between Historic Helper and Price with the Dino Museum and 18 hole Golf Course. And we are Half way in between Salt Lake City and Moab. There is plenty fishing spots and not far from the San Rafael Swell and Cleveland Lloyd Dinosaur Quarry The space The space consists of a back enclosed area with lots of windows with furniture and tv coffee great elevated view.Has cemented area outside the back door for lawn chairs and the house is very clean and comfortable. Guest access Their are some places that are off limits they are the out building and stay out of hay and don’t snoop around the buildings they are under surveillance.You are welcome to walk around the orchard and try the fruit if in season. It’s all organic Other things to note I just had High Speed Fiber-Optic Internet installed it is lightning fast and covers the complete home. There are three Samsung Tv’s with about 200 channels with local stations on antenna.
