The space THE HOUSE – This 2 story 9 Bedroom/ 9 Bathroom house has 5 bedrooms unit on the first floor, 4 bedrooms unit on the second floor, with separate private entrance. Entrance of the house is from Wheeler Street (Avenue instead of Street is also in use). Private entrance for the first floor is from the front of the house and second floor entrance is from back of the house. YOUR ROOM - Your private bedroom (Room# B2) with attached private bathroom is located on the SECOND FLOOR of house is one of the four bedroom. Once entered the property, pass the parking by the gate on the right, open the small fenced gate, stairs are to your left at the back. Go up the stairs, coded lockbox with keys in it by the entrance door, one key is for the main door and the other is for your room. KITCHEN - You will enter the unit through the kitchen + dining area. This space is SHARED by the guests from all 4 rooms. PARKING – The parking at the front of the house by the gate is reserved for 2nd floor occupants (first come first serve), parking also available at the back - NO STREET PARKING. FIRST FLOOR – First floor is used as a STUDENT HOUSING, and are occupied by students from neighboring universities (Texas Southern University is only 2 blocks from the house). LAUNDRY - Coin operated laundry room in the house.
