The building has an elevator as well as main stairs, and access is provided through an automated system activated from guests’ mobile phones via a link sent before arrival, so it is important to have a phone with internet access at least for check-in. After booking, guests will need to complete online check-in for the required data registration. All communication and reservation inquiries are handled through the messaging platform, where guests can receive all the information they may need about their reservation and assistance with any questions. The property enjoys a very central, well-connected location with easy access to public transport, traditional markets, and a vibrant cultural scene. Right at the door, guests will find the Embajadores metro and commuter station, with Acacias also nearby, while Madrid’s historic center is just a 10-minute walk away. Atocha train station, the Reina Sofía Museum, the Prado Museum, Retiro Park, and parks like Atenas are all close by, offering both urban life and moments of outdoor relaxation and cultural enrichment. Guest access The building has an elevator and a main staircase for access. Important: despite the elevator, access requires passing through the mezzanine, where guests must first go down a few steps (approximately 10) and then go up others to reach the entrance. During your stay There is no physical reception in the building; all check-in processes and communications are handled online. Guests will receive a link a few days before arrival to access the building from their phone. All communication and inquiries regarding reservations must be made through the messaging platform, where all booking information is managed. Customer service is available through the messaging platform every day from 9:30 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., and guests can also reach the property by phone 24 hours a day. Calls must be made through the mobile operator and not via Wh@ts@pp calls. Other things to note IMPORTANT: In compliance with Royal Decree 933/2021 and Organic Law 4/2015 on the Protection of Citizen Security, all accommodations in Spain are required to record certain identification data of guests. Therefore, before arrival, guests will receive an email with a link to a form that must be completed to obtain the access codes to the accommodation.
