Palm View Villa - with Private Heated Pool!

Our villa is perfect for a peaceful and relaxing holiday. The villa itself offers a private heated pool (April - Nov), comfortable beds , fast fibre broadband and plenty of space to unwind outside and enjoy our warmer climate. The location is walking distance to the rustic unspoilt beaches of Ayia Thekla and the pretty river location, Potamos. The beautiful white sandy beaches of Ayia Napa (Landa, Nissi etc.) are just a 10 minute drive away, a great spot to get out and explore Cyprus from! The space Palm View Villa is located on a quiet cul de sac with vast outdoor space for relaxing and soaking up the sun, with a large private pool for cooling off in. The pool will be heated from April to November inclusive of the nightly price. Requests can be made to heat the pool from December to March but extra charges will apply. The downstairs of the villa is open plan with a kitchen, dining area and living space offering direct access to the veranda. Upstairs there is a family bathroom and two light filled bedrooms, both with plentiful storage and direct access to the upstairs balcony.
