The room also includes a queen-sized pull-out sofa with a comfortable memory foam mattress, ideal for extra guests or the kiddos. 🍽️ Kitchen Our kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances and a wide variety of pots, pans, spices, and cooking utensils, allowing you to cook your favorite meals just like at home. Start your mornings with fresh coffee from our Keurig, stocked with coffee pods and creamer in the fridge. 🛏️ Master Bedroom (Bedroom 1) Indulge in the luxurious King bed with fluffy pillows and crisp linens. The room also features a 43" Smart TV and a private en-suite bathroom with a beautifully tiled shower. 🛏️ Bedroom 2 Rest comfortably in the Queen bed, complete with fluffy pillows and luxurious linens. The room includes a closet with a luggage rack and hangers for your belongings. 🛁 Bathroom The bathroom is equipped with a large walk-in shower and all your bathing essentials, including high-quality shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, feminine products, and makeup removal wipes. Additional amenities include a hairdryer, a first aid kit, and toilet paper. 🌳 Outdoor Patio The outdoor space is perfect for relaxing and dining al fresco, featuring a fire pit with a seating area, a new gas-powered grill, and a glass dining table. Fire up the grill for a cookout in the fenced-in yard, and enjoy nightly s'mores as you take in the beautiful Colorado evenings. 🎱 Garage Hangout Area Our garage has been transformed into an amazing hangout space! It includes a pool table, couch, table and chairs, fridge, and a TV. It’s the perfect spot to unwind after a day of exploring and create lasting memories with family and friends. 👶 Family-Friendly Amenities We provide a Pack n Play and highchair for those traveling with little ones. 📜 Legal Compliance We are legally registered with the City! Rest assured that your host won’t be shut down and your booking canceled right before your trip! Guest access 🔑 You will have access to the entire home to yourself. You will have a unique door code to the smart lock that will only be active for the duration of your stay for maximum security and convenience for our guests. Other things to note 📜 Rental Agreement: For a seamless booking experience, a Rental Agreement is required for all reservations. Once your reservation is confirmed, we’ll provide details for completing the agreement. 🔑 Check-In Process: For a seamless check-in experience, your unique code along with your check-in instructions will be updated into your personalized guidebook on the morning of your arrival. You’ll use this code for entry. ☕ Starter Supply: We’ve prepared a starter supply that includes paper towels, coffee K-cups, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, and plush white towels! We hope these amenities add an extra touch of comfort to your stay. ⏰ Unauthorized Late Checkout Fee: $20 Per Half Hour Late 💵 Additional Fees: For guests bringing dogs, there is a mandatory pet fee of $100 per dog, collected after booking. A maximum of 2 dogs is allowed per reservation unless otherwise approved. No other animals are permitted. Optional services, including early check-in, late check-out, and additional guests, can be arranged upon request and are subject to availability. These additional fees help cover the cost of reworking the schedule or adding an additional cleaner if needed.
