There is a volleyball court, 2 grills, dog park, pool, hot tub, fitness center to enjoy in the gated community. There is a popular park down the road that has the best trails in N Texas to hike. It's a short 10-20 minute drive to endless shopping at your fingertips depending on which direction you go. All spaces are shared except for the bedrooms.
