Luxury 3bed/2bath split level cozy cottage

Cozy quite cottage tucked away on a cul-de-sac across from the wooded walking/bike trails. You will feel as if you are miles away from it all, however a network of walking/ biking trails right outside the front is just mins away from major shopping area with restaurants, grocery store, retail shopping, gym, and pharmacy. We are also located between 2 large recreational lakes within 5 miles. Luxury mattress on both of the 2 beds and 5 star hotel quality linens and towels. The space The space is shared with my husband and I we live downstairs in the back bedroom off the main part of the house, we only have one booking reservation at a time so you and your guest would have the rest of the house completely to yourself. The upstairs loft has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathroom en-suites One large master suite with King size bed with sleep number dual sided mattress for customized comfort for each side. En-suite bathroom with shower and soaking claw foot tub. Blow dryer, iron, plush towels and toiletries included. 2nd private suite, large bedroom with 2 twin beds. 1 day bed and 1 twin trundle bed that can very easily be stored away under the day bed allowing maximum floor space. Bed has luxury hypoallergenic comforter for plush sleeping comfort. Room comes with Air Purifier with HEPA/UV anti germ technology for pure clean air. TV with Hulu, Netflix and many other streaming channel options. There is an attached private en-suite bathroom. 3rd Bedroom downstairs with queen bed and TV with multiple streaming services. Upstairs kitchenette with wet bar, mini fridge, Keurig coffee maker, microwave, toaster, tea kettle, dish ware and utensils, all included directly outside of both suites. Water softener system is plumbed throughout the house for all your water sources for healthier and safer water available to you. Also included in upstairs loft area is an extra large open sitting area with a couch and love seat. There is a 50" TV with many of the streaming channel options along with the kitchenette. This space is open to below lower level of the house. We do live downstairs and are very quiet and keep to ourselves. The space is like having your very own 2 bedroom 2 bathroom Loft Apt Guest access Guest have access to Kitchen, living room, laundry room, dinning room, private office with printer, front wrap around porch with rocking chairs and Annaron deck chairs, and private back yard patio sitting and eating area with Old fashion charcoal grill, an a wood pellet smoker for grilling and chilling while surrounded by garden oasis. During your stay We do live on property downstairs, and are here for your convenience to answer any questions or to assist with any needs you may have, however we will respect your privacy. Other things to note Kitchen is equipped with cooking utensils and supplies. Salt & pepper oil, and condiments are available but please respect the food in refrigerator and pantry is not to be shared with guest. Mini fridge is available in the guest suite kitchenette right outside private guest suite and is exclusively for your use. Long term stays will be given designated limited space in the main kitchen refrigerator and pantry. Garage is private and not accessible to Guest.
