IIWII Farms- Green Room.... It Is What It Is

The Green Room is one of 3 rooms we offer. We live on the main level and the lower level is where the rooms are but all have windows/doors to outside. We live on 11 acres and have a small pond, working on the deck. It is a very secluded area. There are others that live on the property. Imagine hippy commune. We have 3 rooms to rent in our lower level. Each room has its own lock. We rent all for events if you need space. The space We are trying to create something of a commune around us. We live in the main home where the bed and breakfast is. There are a couple other cabins in the direct area. We are in the process of finishing many projects on our home so always in bit of a state of construction. Your room has a king size bed, ceiling fan and an electronic lock on the door. The kitchen is stocked with coffee/tea, cereals, oatmeal and other breakfast stuff. There is yogurt, milk and juice in the fridge. Two shared bathrooms. TV room and two patios directly outside the entrance. Paths to explore. Guest access Your locked room, TV room with streaming (please be mindful of other guests later in the evening), Two bathrooms-one with shower other with clawfoot tub and bubbles, Kitchen and space in the refrigerator, Patios and trails around property. During your stay We live on the property and will be as available or not available as you wish. We have a separate area for living. We do have 3 dogs and do not mind you bringing well behaved dogs with you, just talk to us before. You must keep the dogs with you at all times unless they are quietly in a crate. Please no cats (horribly allergic). Other things to note If you want to use our property for a get together, you can rent all 3 rooms. We have a blow up mattress as well as the couches so comfortably will house 8 people. WE WILL NOT RENT FOR A PARTY, there can be no alcohol available to all if anyone is under 21 years old, noise outside has to stop by midnight. No unregistered guests allowed on property.
