As evenings settle in, the atmosphere shifts to laughter from downstairs games or relaxed moments shared across the home. Sleeping arrangements The cottage accommodates up to 10 guests across four distinct sleeping areas. Two private bedrooms each feature a king bed, while a third bedroom includes a queen bed. The fourth space is a large open loft with four twin beds and its own lounge area, offering a comfortable setup for kids or teens. With 2 full bathrooms and 1 half bath, there’s plenty of space for everyone to get ready with ease. Living spaces The main living area centers around a 55 inch HDTV and Wifi, creating a comfortable spot to relax. A second lounge in the loft offers another 55 inch HDTV, giving guests room to spread out. A dedicated workspace in a room with a door supports focused time when needed. Central air conditioning, central heating, and a ceiling fan help maintain comfort throughout the home. Entertainment and recreation Downstairs, the basement arcade becomes a lively gathering place with arcade games, a ping pong table, and a game console. For quieter moments, you’ll find books and a record player, along with a themed space that adds a unique character to the home. Board games and a Pack ’n play/Travel crib make the space accommodating for families. Kitchen & dining The kitchen is equipped for preparing meals, featuring GE Cafe Collection appliances and a dining table for shared gatherings. Coffee is available to start your mornings, while a free washer – In unit and free dryer – In unit add convenience for longer stays. Outdoor living Just 500 feet from Lake Michigan, the property offers shared beach access and lake access via a nearby path. Step outside to a private patio or balcony or spend time in the private backyard – Not fully fenced. A fire pit creates a natural gathering spot for cooler evenings, and a private BBQ grill: gas is available seasonally. Beach essentials are provided for time by the water. Location Set in a quiet residential area of Oostburg, the cottage is close to Kohler-Andrae State Park, golf courses, and hiking trails, with Kohler and Sheboygan nearby. A private entrance allows for easy arrivals, and long term stays allowed make it simple to settle in and enjoy time along the Lake Michigan shoreline.
