Stay comfortably in our newly refurbished private bedroom with private bathroom, access to a fully equipped shared kitchen and living area with cable tv, Our priority is to make your experience in our home unique and unforgettable. Live like a local with only a block away from our city park, coffee shop, local restaurants, bars, all within a mile radius! So if you are visiting family or friends or just want to get away, we would love to have you as our guests! The space BEDROOM: Enjoy your own private bedroom with queen size bed and dresser. Has ceiling fan and window to view parking area. BATHROOM: You will have access to your own private bathroom located inside your bedroom with standing shower. We supply small toiletries and towels. KITCHEN: You will access to our fully equipped kitchen, comes with: Stove Pots and pans Knife set Plates, cups and silverware Spices and cooking oil Blender, toaster and coffee maker. We will have small breakfast ready for you in the morning and snacks on hand for whenever you need a bite. LIVINGROOM: Enjoy the comforts of our sectional couch and access to our smart tv with cable to keep up with your tv shows and sports. WASHER AND DRYER: Shared access. Guest access You will have your private Bedroom and bathroom with access to kitchen, living room, and laundry. During your stay We both work close to home and will be available anytime, via text or call, with any questions or requests during the duration of your stay. Other things to note My boyfriend Ernesto and I share our cozy 2 bedroom 2 bathroom duplex with our fur babies (cat Xeno, and dog Logan) They are both super friendly and love having company as much as we do.
